Prices are in US dollars for the whole workspace. Every plan includes the day-off warning. On Free, time off is auto-approved and shared on the calendar. Paid plans add time-off approvals and unlimited projects. If a workspace moves back to Free and is over the Free limits, nobody is removed and nothing is deleted.

Who is Execuday for?
Small teams of 3 to 15 people, such as studios, agencies and small crews, who want tasks, a shared calendar and time off in one place, without a complicated system.
Monthly or annual: what's the difference?
Same features either way. Annual plans are billed once a year: $288 for Small Team ($24/mo) or $588 for Team+ ($49/mo). Monthly is $29 or $59, billed each month, and you can cancel any time.
Do you charge per person?
No. You pay one flat price for your team, with no per-person math: Small Team covers up to 7 people and Team+ covers up to 15. Free covers 3 members and 3 projects.
Is the calendar included on Free?
Yes. The shared Team Calendar is on every plan, including Free (3 members and 3 projects).
Can I manage time off in Execuday?
Yes. Anyone can request Vacation, Sick, Remote, Personal, or Other on every plan. On Free, time off is auto-approved and shows on the Team Calendar. Small Team and Team+ add approvals.
Does billing work today?
Yes. Execuday is open now. Anyone can sign up and buy Small Team or Team+ from Billing in the app, with secure checkout by Stripe. There is no trial and there are no discounts.
Does Execuday have comments, chat integrations, Gantt charts or a phone app?
Task comments with @mentions are built in. Execuday runs in your browser on phone and desktop. Integrations, Gantt charts and native phone apps aren't available yet. Tell us what you need most.
Can I export my data?
