Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the team or company you sign up for) and Execuday LLC ("Execuday", "we"). By creating an account or using execuday.com or app.execuday.com, you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 and give accurate sign-up details. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity in your account. The person who creates a workspace is its admin and can invite, remove, and change roles for members.
Plans and prices
Current plans and prices are on our pricing page. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Free: up to 3 members and 3 projects, at no charge.
- Small Team: up to 7 members. $29 per month billed monthly, or $288 per year billed annually ($24 per month).
- Team+: up to 15 members. $59 per month billed monthly, or $588 per year billed annually ($49 per month).
Prices don't include taxes, which we add where required.
Promotions
Promo codes are for the intended recipient, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be limited, expire, or be withdrawn. A discount applies only for the period stated when you redeem it.
Automatic renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. By choosing a paid plan, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method:
- the plan price (plus any applicable tax) when you subscribe, and
- the same amount again at the start of each new billing period, on the same day each month (monthly plans) or each year (annual plans), until you cancel.
If you change plans mid-period, Stripe adjusts the charge for the time left in the period and shows the amount before you confirm. Every charge comes with an emailed receipt. For annual plans, we'll email workspace admins a reminder at least 7 days before each renewal. If we change a price, we'll email admins at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
How to cancel
A workspace admin can cancel any time in the app's billing settings, or by emailing support@execuday.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you won't be charged again, you keep paid features until the period ends, and the workspace then moves to Free. We'll confirm the cancellation by email. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll email workspace admins, and Stripe will automatically retry the payment over the next 14 days. You can update your card in the app's billing settings at any time during those 14 days to keep your plan. If the payment still hasn't gone through after 14 days, the subscription ends and the workspace moves to Free. You won't owe the unpaid amount after that.
Moving to Free
If a workspace moves to Free (after a cancellation or a failed payment) and has more members or projects than Free allows, nobody is removed and nothing is deleted. Everyone can still view and export everything, but you can't add members or projects until you upgrade or get under the limits.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on Execuday's systems. Stripe processes payments under its Stripe Services Agreement and handles your information as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy. Charges appear on your card statement as EXECUDAY.COM (or EXECUDAY where space is limited). If you don't recognize a charge, email support@execuday.com.
If you think a charge is wrong, please email support@execuday.com first. We'll look into it within 24 to 48 hours, and we'll refund charges made in error.
Your content
Your team owns everything it puts into Execuday. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to run the service for you. You can export your data, and if you close your workspace we delete it as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Execuday to break the law, send spam, upload malware, harass people, try to access other workspaces, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Our service
We work hard to keep Execuday running and to improve it, and features may change over time. If we remove a major paid feature, we'll give notice and a prorated refund if you'd rather cancel. We may pause the service for maintenance, and we'll try to give notice.
Beta features
Features marked beta or early access are offered as-is and may change or be removed.
Disclaimers and limits
Execuday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, to the extent the law allows.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Execuday and close your workspace any time. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them, with notice where possible. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers, and limits survive.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll email admins at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use Execuday after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wake County, North Carolina.
