Refund Policy

We want you to pay for Execuday only if it's working for your team. This policy covers paid Execuday subscriptions. All amounts are in US dollars (USD), and all payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: cancel any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months, but you keep access until the month ends.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of a new annual charge, we'll refund it in full. After 30 days, you keep access until the year ends, and we don't refund the rest.
- Mistakes are on us: if you were charged in error or charged twice, we'll refund it.
- If we remove a major paid feature and you'd rather leave, we'll refund the unused part of your plan.
To ask for a refund, email support@execuday.com from your workspace admin's address. Tell us the workspace name and the charge date. We'll reply within 24 to 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. A workspace admin can cancel any time in the app's billing settings, or by emailing support@execuday.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again, you keep paid features until then, and the workspace then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Billing questions and disputes
If you don't recognize a charge or think it's wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. Most issues are fixed fastest that way, and we refund charges made in error. If you do open a dispute with your bank, we'll respond to it through Stripe with the records of your subscription.
