Your team trusts Execuday with its plans, deadlines, and who's out when. Here's how we protect that, in plain words. If your IT team has questions this page doesn't answer, email support@execuday.com or visit Support.
Where your data lives
- The Execuday app and its database are hosted by our cloud infrastructure provider, and the execuday.com website is hosted by Netlify. The app's data is stored in the United States.
- Our cloud infrastructure provider provides SOC 2 Type II documentation, shared under a non-disclosure agreement.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on Execuday's systems (see Stripe's security overview).
Encryption
- Every connection to execuday.com and app.execuday.com uses HTTPS, and our certificates renew automatically.
- Sign-in is handled by our hosting provider and by Google sign-in.
- Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 by our hosting provider, including backups.
Who can see what
- The person who creates a workspace is its admin. Admins invite and remove members and manage roles and billing.
- When someone leaves your team, an admin can remove them, and they lose access right away.
- We don't look at your workspace content unless you ask us to for support, or the law requires it.
Backups
Your data is backed up regularly by our hosting provider.
Your data, your call
- Your team owns everything it puts into Execuday.
- To get a copy of your data, email support@execuday.com. We'll send the export within 30 days.
- If you delete your workspace or ask us to delete your account, we remove its data within 30 days, as our privacy policy explains.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use your workspace content for advertising.
Website protections
Our website sends standard security headers that stop it from being embedded in other sites, block content-type tricks, and limit what is shared with other sites when you click a link.
Report a security issue
If you think you've found a security problem, email support@execuday.com with "Security" in the subject. We'll reply within 24 to 48 hours and keep you updated until it's fixed. Please don't access other people's data while testing.
If something goes wrong
If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we'll tell your workspace admins within 72 hours, explain what happened, and say what we're doing about it.
